You can place an order online, by telephone at (248) 650-2509 or print an Order Form and follow the instructions to order by mail.

How can I pay?
Accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Cashiers Check, Certified Check, Money Order or Personal Check (in-stock covers will ship no earlier than 5 days after receipt of personal check).
International orders must be paid by Credit Card, PayPal, EFT or Wire Transfer.

Do I pay sales tax?
Michigan residents must add 6% sales tax to their total order (including shipping).

How are the covers shipped?
Orders are shipped via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail.
International orders are shipped via U.S. Post Office Priority Mail International.

How long will it take to get my cover(s)?
Please allow 10 to 14 days for delivery of your cover(s). We stock hundreds of the most popular covers but due to the custom options available, many covers are made when ordered.

Can I get material or trim samples?
Sure, just Contact Us with the color(s) of vinyl or trim that you would like to see and we will send them out to you at no charge.

What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with the workmanship of your cover, you may return it for a refund.
Refunds will not be given on custom orders when poor fit is due to customer measurement errors.

Do you offer quantity discounts?
If you are ordering more than 12 covers, quantity discounts may apply. We welcome inquiries from amplifier and speaker cabinet manufacturers, music stores, amp repair shops and music equipment rental companies.

Can you put logos on the covers?
Sorry, we are not able to apply licensed or trademarked logos. If you are a manufacturer, we can work with you to add logos to your covers.
